Job Summary
As a US IT recruiter, your main responsibility is identifying, evaluating, interviewing, and hiring potential job candidates in the information technology industry for the US market. Your job involves finding candidates with specific skills and qualifications that employers are looking for, such as technical expertise or programming skills. Roles you typically recruit for include developers, engineers, analysts, and other IT-related positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Must have experience with the full life-cycle recruiting workflow in the US IT Staffing.
- Must bring prior expertise on Full Time, W-2 contracts & contracts to hire placements.
- Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens and Permanent Residents.
- Exceptional Sourcing & Shortlisting Skills of highly qualified candidates through Various job Boards(Dice), LinkedIn, and references.
- Good understanding of Tax Terms W2/1099/C2C.
- Must have experience creating Boolean search strings based on job descriptions for resume searches on job boards.
- Experience recruiting UI/UX Designers, Mobile Developers, AI, Machine Learning, Backend, frontend, Full Stack, Blockchain, and DevOps is highly desired.
- Technical Understanding with an ability to explain job requirements for technology roles.
