Job Summary
Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports. Compiling and analyzing account information prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries. Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable
- Monthly & Quarterly Billing, Payment Posting, Ageing Status Tracking
- Communicate with clients and collect revenue for the firm.
- Daily and Weekly follow-up as per Client via Fax, Call, Email
- Clearing the aging amount with successful rate & Problem Solving.
- Working accounts software like QuickBooks & Waveapps & Fathom & MYOB & Xero & Tally.
- Accounts Payable
- Vendor invoices Tracking & Ageing Status & Payroll Process
- Monthly review of aged pending invoices and investigation of the root cause.
- Quality checks on the invoices posted as per the granted process.
- Vendor Statement Reconciliation and communication with vendors related queries
- Tracking company liability and clearing the payments as per Deadlines.
- Prepare individual profitability reports for U.S. entities every quarter.
- Reconcile Income ledger and Expense ledger Accounts
- Taxation
- Knowledge of U.S. taxes (E.g., Federal, State, and Unemployment tax).
- P&L Monthly, Balance sheet Monthly
- Tax calculations and payments on time
- Responsible for Internal and statutory audits
- Cost control, Monthly expenses department wise
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to Management
Mandatory Skills
- Should have good knowledge in accounting softwares like Quick Books, Bill.Com
- Should have minimum 2 years experience in US Accounting and taxations
Desired skills
- Any certification in finance would be an added advantage
- Should be flexible to work in US Shift timings (night shift)
