Job Summary
As an HR Manager, You'll be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You'll also partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions for the Dallas office, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Partner with leadership on HR initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of experience in HR management and 3+ years in a Managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR law and compliance.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, and employee relations.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
