We're excited to announce several updates designed to enhance your workflow! Billing improvements include bulk claim adjustments, faster screen loading, and smoother secondary insurance submissions. Clinical features now include tools for tracking missed and incomplete sessions, along with updated SOAP notes and prompt updates in Data Collections. Client 360 has enhanced document management and new fields for better client tracking. Plus, you can easily access release notes directly in Artemis. These updates bring increased speed, accuracy, and efficiency to your tasks!

🚀 Release notes:
✨ Bulk Adjustment: A new feature in the Billing Adjustment screen allows you to adjust claims in bulk, streamlining your billing process and improving efficiency.
💸 Claim Submission to Secondary Insurance: Issues with submitting claims to secondary insurance have been resolved, ensuring smoother claim submissions.
🚅 Billing Screen Loading Speed: Performance optimizations have been made to the Billing screen, significantly improving its loading speed.
📝 Non-Billable Edit Screen Fix: A bug preventing the editing of nonbillable appointments has been fixed.
🌋 ERA Status Updates: The Billing screen now accurately reflects success or failure messages for ERA statuses.
💫 My Missed Sessions: A new feature called My Missed Sessions has been added
to provide visibility into Scheduled appointments from past dates (i.e., the session clock was not started, and no session notes were attached). Learn more about this feature.
📄 My Incomplete Sessions: My Incomplete Sessions in the Session module now includes In Progress sessions that the provider attended, but the session note is
missing. Providers can add a missing note directly from this My Incomplete Sessions Dashboard in Data Collections using the “Add Note” button
‼️ Data Collection Prompts Fix: A bug affecting the display of prompts in Data Collections has been resolved, ensuring that prompts appear as expected.
✅ Updated SOAP Notes: The Physical Therapy SOAP note is a new session note template available to use. The Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy SOAP Notes have also been updated.
📝 Session Notes: A new update allows easy addition of 97152 CPT-specific notes to appointments.
✒️Initial Assessment: The initial assessment template has been update to allow longer text in the Progress in School
📝 Edit Documents Enhancements: The Documents tab in Client 360 now offers additional editing and sorting capabilities, enhancing document management.
🔄 Additional Fields in Client 360: New fields have been added to Client 360 Details, including Referral Type, Referral Date, and Discharge Date (which automatically populates when marking a client as inactive).
