NEW USER TRAINING
Training Platform: Artemis has introduced a new user certification training program, ensuring comprehensive training for all. This training encompasses essential information tailored for both clinical and administrative users. Additionally, a specialized "RBT" new user course has been developed specifically for RBTs or Behavior Technicians to ease their familiarity with the system. Enrollment is open to all members, offering a seamless onboarding experience. For further details or to enroll, simply reach out to a member of our customer support team.
APP DEVELOPMENT
App Update: The Artemis app is currently in beta. The app can be used in offline mode, for seamless uploading of information in areas without reliable Wi-Fi. Users can collect data, view behavior plans, conduct a free operant or paired stimulus preference assessment, collect ABA data, and complete session notes within the app. Stay tuned for the launch date!
BILLING
Payment Processing:
The billing system module has been enhanced and updated after resolving and enhancing minor anomalies with claims processing.
Claims Submission and Invoice Generation: Significant improvements have been made to the bulk transmission issue in claims submission. Users can now successfully send bulk sessions without encountering any problems. Additionally, the Parental Verification Form (PVF) has been updated with new signature formats for parent signatures during invoice generation.
CLINICAL
Client Treatment Plan:
Modifications have been made to enhance the effectiveness of treatment plans. Reports now reflect functional outcomes based on initial session data, with the ability to include multiple intervention plans per client.
Data Collection:
Data collection now includes a timer feature for session duration tracking and partial interval, whole interval, and momentary time sample data collection is in the final stages of development. Lastly, many data collection options now include the ability to manually enter the frequency or duration of the target behavior. All these features will save time and lead to more productive sessions with clients.
Treatment Plans:
The treatment plans now allow for efficient choice and validation of intervention plans during therapy sessions. Users can customize trial types and accurately calculate the percentages for different targets.
Appointments and Scheduler:
Several issues have updated within the appointment scheduling system which include updates in authorization limit handling, insurance information, and accuracy of the weekly hours display. Also, several improvements have been made to resolve any visual discrepancies to enhance the user experience.
DOCUMENTATION
Clinical Documentation:
The standard session notes templates for CPT codes 97151, 97153, and 97155 have been comprehensively reviewed and updated. These templates feature enhanced headers to capture objective data, including DSM-V Diagnostic Criteria for ASD, aligning with medical necessity standards. Developed per ABA industry best practices, these templates ensure compliance with medical documentation requirements. Select notes have drop-down features to reduce writing time and allow providers to focus on delivering quality client services.
